Phi Phi Island is far from Muang district 42 Kilometers. They appear like fine gems of the Andaman Sea. The islands comprises Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Le islands with curving large and small bays, rated as one of the ten most beautiful islands of the world in the past.
Phi Phi Le, in particular, is a major limestone formation in fantastic shapes and forms with steep cliffs fronting the ocean.
Phi Phi Don is also made up of two world famous perfectly-curved bays, Ton Sai and Loh Salam which almost merge into one as the symbol of Phi Phi Islands known around the world.
Boat can be boarded at Krabi or Phuket. At Chaofa Pier in Krabi Town 2 trips a day at 10.00 AM and 2.30 PM, from Phi Phi to Krabi at 9 AM and 1.00 PM, at a fee 150 Baht.
You can take speed boat from Ao Nang to the islands at 9.00 AM, from
Phi Phi to Ao Nang at 5.00 PM. There is one day trip from
Phuket which you can contract at travel agencys in the town.
